This 1to1 flour has been amazing. She simply uses her regular recipes and this flour. Even our non-GF friends can't tell the difference. Makes THE BEST homemade gluten free bread. pie crusts, cookies, and even cheese or white sauces. Use a recipe specifically for gluten free baked goods, because while this accurately does the "1 to 1 ratio" (same amount of this flour in place of wheat flour), the balance of other ingredients may change to enhance good structure and browning.
