Cute table with missing parts

The table is great, super pretty and fits in my kitchen perfectly. Only one issue it did come without the screws. Had to wait a month to get the new screws. I was promised a $10 credit for the long wait but I never received that as well. *side eye*

Dissapointed.

The table doesn't raise or lower and once you place pole in bottom round circle it will not come out. Which makes it impossible to send back. I am so disappointed;I thought it would be perfect if it worked. Directions were simple and delivery fast. I only wish it would raise and lower. That is the reason I purchased it.
