The construction of this is soild and metal. The screw to hold plate onto stem that screws into tow hook placement needs to be a bit better. I tightened it very tight and plate still would pivot. So I added some lock tight on the threads, tightened and let sit to dry. It hasn't moved yet and its been on about a week.
