Disappointed and frustrated
It arrived in two days and was store packaged. After charging it. We could not get beyond the search for QR code which we never found. And we were unable to shut it off. It seemed stuck. When I contacted support it took me a frustrating 35 minutes of internet chat and finally a live operator to explain what happened. I was told I would have a reply within 48hrs. Til now, None in 24 hrs. I want a replacement or refund.
