Everything was delivered as expected. All parts were there. However I have now spent a week trying to find the app needed to make it function. The instructions are in Chinese. I went to the Walmart website for the item description and found some directions but so far I haven't been able to get the correct app to sync with my android phone. Unless you are tech savvy I do not recommend this product.
