I'm a very satisfied customer. So far the item is working perfectly as it should. But what really impressed me the most was the shipping process. The rim arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was obviously handled by professionals. I work in the shipping industry and when a package arrives in perfect condition it means people put a lot of effort, care and thought into it. The item was double boxed with bubblewrap all over it. It really means how much important the customer is to them.
