It looks nice. I like the color. I'm not sure if these are regular or junior because they seem snug compared to the black ones. They work the same, very effective in catching feminine fluids. They are designated as use for heavy flows, but I think that refers to a normal menstruation cycle. If you have a medical condition, then you may still need additional protection. The gusset does an amazing job of absorbing blood, but the stitching isn't fluid resistant. I wish the gusset was longer in general. The front and back may be short for some women. It's comfortable for daytime and nighttime use. It's not bulky. The gusset is about the thickness of an ultra thin pad.
