This is by far one of the best decisions we've made. We've had large and small Blackstone rolled steel griddles and loved them. We've had propane barbecues also. We are getting older and no longer camping so we chose the Blackstone series e electric 17" with ceramic titanium surface. Couldn't be more pleased. Temperature regulated digital display, super easy clean up which results in using it more. More than enough space for eggs and bacon. Room for pancakes but I cooked separately. Sear chicken and a steak, grill veggies. All do well. Glass lid for short use, steam a bit for veggies or yolk of egg. Not recommended to cook with lid closed. Can't say enough!!!!

Prefect for a covered outdoor area! I

I love the size of the cooking area! I think it’s a bit too big for the kitchen counter. We have a covered deck and it prefect outside and does not smell up your house. ! My only complaint is that it did not come with a guide for temperature setting.
