Alright, let me start by saying this: if you can’t bake or “air fry” (convection bake) these, they might not be the best for you. However, if you’re looking for an easy protein option that isn’t just steamed chicken every day for meal prep, these have that KFC-level flavor without a lot of the added junk you usually get from less healthy options. Here’s how I “air fry” them for the best results and quick prep: Preheat your air fryer (or convection oven) to 350°F. Once preheated, place your desired amount of chicken in the basket (avoid overcrowding) and cook for 8–9 minutes, until there are no cold spots. If you have a dual-basket air fryer, throw your veggies in the other side (or on another pan in your oven), and you can have a full meal in 10 minutes. No one is paying me to say this. I’ve just struggled with companies over and over again putting nonsense in their food. If another company comes along and makes a comparable or tastier option with less crap, I’ll switch to them. This is also a bit of a warning in case Real Good ever reads this: you’re releasing a bunch of products that are starting to have more carbs, fats, and questionable ingredients. I’ll drop you guys in a heartbeat if you do that to this product.

I buy this because it is gluten free. It can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are great, other times it seems like there is a lot of gristle or tendon or something in the pieces. However, it is my preferred gluten free brand, because the macros are better than most others.
