Flimsy

Very flimsy. Had these as a kid so For my grandchild I was careful to assemble, even glue some of the parts.. worked for 4-5 flights. Had to replace rubber band, then the wooden parts. So now, out of balance. If it were cheaper, I would not mind.

balsa plane kit

I bought these for my grandsons aged 11 and 12. They are for Christmas and haven't received them yet, so my review is only from visual input. Theses were about $10, supposedly marked down from about $100. As far as I can see, they look like simple cheap ones that used to be a couple dollars. Once they are used, if the boys bother with them, hopefully I will be surprised by how great they are, but I doubt it. I can't imagine that they could ever be sold for $100.

Cheap

I should have read the reviews before ordering. This is made of cheap thin wood. The wood is as thin as paper. The pieces of wood arrived broken.
