This table has been a great addition to a small apartment. We needed something that was more "tiny house" than traditional table and chairs. Now we have extra seating, a work space when not using as a table, and it happens to be the same height as the countertop so it extends the inclusion of family/guests. The table feet are slightly adjustable with the discs at bottom of the table legs - helps firm it up if your floor isn't exactly level.
