Great hydration

These are inexpensive but work great. If you compare the electrolytes with big brands they are pretty similar. In the summer I drink one of these a week just to keep on top of what I sweat out. I take them with me when I go hiking too. They taste pretty good (I don't like the apple one) and being able to add them to any bottle of water frees up space for me. I also offer them to people on trails if it's hot or they need some hydration. Just remember if you are severely hydrated you need to go to the ER for IV fluids.

I ALWAYS have these on hand. Unlike the pedialyte in the bottles that goes old shortly after opened, these are always good! As a mom, these have saved my life. While having a sick child, the last thing you want to do is take them out into a store to get some pedialyte… so having these on hand at all times is a must!
