Image Lawn Weed & Crab Killer Concentrate 32 Fluid ounces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a bottle of Image Lawn Weed & Crabgrass Killer and the first thing I noticed was that I could smell the liquid from inside the bottle. It's extremely strong, which was pretty reassuring because my yard has a lot of crabgrass. Well, had a lot of crabgrass. This Ready to Spray was very easy to use - just hook up your hose, walk out to the furthest point in your yard, turn the knob and spray evenly. The product came out smoothly - no sputtering or mess, like some other brands I've used before - and the instructions are very detailed on how to apply it. The biggest challenge for me was that the area of Texas that I live in has been in the high 90+ degrees for several weeks, and this product shouldn't be used on bermudagrass when daytime temperatures are above 85. I picked the coolest day and applied the product overnight. When I woke up the tips of the thick crabgrass were discolored and curled. Like I said, this is powerful stuff! Over the next several days the smaller and lighter weeds shriveled and died with ease, and the crabgrass turned even more orange/brown. The only problem is that the daily air temps skyrocketed to trip digits as well and a lot of my grass turned brown as well. I'm confident that the grass just needs water and that the weeds are dead, but my suggestion to anyone looking to decimate the weeds in their yards would be to wait until you have at least 2 weeks of temperatures below 90 degrees, just to play it on the safe side. Aside from the challenges from the heat, this is a great product, and I would recommend giving it a shot against stubborn weeds and crabgrass. I will absolutely use Image Lawn Weed & Crabgrass Killer again.
