Men's Chaco Chillos Vegan Slide

Right up front - I'd give the quality of the product a 3-star review. I bought my first pair, wore them for 9 days, (9 days straight - main footwear) and the rubber/plastic side piece that the woven strap feeds through broke. But! I reached out - mid covid-staff and supply issues - the team at Chacos were on it. They refunded me the money to get a second pair and those came right away. I have since been wearing the second pair off and on (and traveling - airports, rivers, rocky wastelands, forests...) for 5 months now and no issues. 5 - stars customer service. 5 - stars design - the sportier/adventurous version of Berkinstocks - and I can put them on/off with my hands full and without bending over/strapping something on etc. 3/4 stars on quality - I'm nervous now and think that maybe the salt water or the sun etc will crack/wear out those side plastic loops (just reinforce the holes where the woven strap feeds through) so I'm more cautious, but they've been good so far!
