Warranty information
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below. This warranty runs for two (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) stains; or (c) damage. Primo International at its sole discretion, will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Please see your local retailer for service or further information. This limited warranty is provided to the original owner, when purchasd through an authorized Primo International retailer. Proof of purchase must be provided, with purchase date clearly visible, in order to redeem your warranty. This warranty excludes transportation costs incurred for its repair or replacement.
