Good protein/vitamin drink
I bought this because I was having gut/weight issues plus was having a tooth pulled and wanted something to use to make sure I got good nutrition in the aftermath. It worked really well for that. It's tasty--even just stirred with a fork in a glass of water. Mixed with strawberries, it's wonderful. I got pretty fond of it and used it a couple of times a day with little hunger, but it caught up to me eventually and I was needing some major meals again. But that's fine because I just like to listen to my body and follow it usually. I bought the other protein powder for my next round because it's a little less expensive and similar in nutrients. Haven't tried it yet though. Overall, having something with this much nutrition in it makes it easier for me to eat more lightly in general. Once I drink a glass, it is immediately satiating for quite a while, unless I haven't eaten enough solid food lately. I think even a couple of tablespoons will be a good daily support.
