Bissell filters are made well

Bissell filters will last if you keep them cleaned after every use. Do know that you cannot go wrong buying any Bissell and is the only vacuum cleaner I'll buy! Trust me I just tried dirt devil; the brush broke first few uses, and black and decker the entire vacuum head broke off while vacuuming the first month. My last Bissell lasted me over 20 years!!! Just clean out and change filter as needed. I wasted my money buying others on sale! Smh

The vacuum only came with one filter cup. I always wash that one cup and wait two days to dry. Shake all the dust and dirt, before washing in a bucket. I put on cleaning gloves and wear a face mask while emptying the vacuum and shaking with the trash bag closed. So these are back ups.
