Loud!!!!
It makes great ice, and functionally it works well. However, it is sooooooo loud that we are sending it back. Waited almost a full month because we love it so much, but this thing is in the back of the pantry room and it still woke us up from sleep. We've had to unplug it during a phone meeting because it was so loud. Seriously it's horrendous. I'm going to contact the company to see if we just got a dud but holy mother don't buy this unless you're putting it in a garage. If they send a replacement and it works better I will update, though I'm imagining it'll just be refund...
