I have beef bullion cubes but there are times when I need a quicker dissolve or just a bit more flavor than a full cube would give. Also with the granuals I don't have to spend the time crushing a cube and trying to figure out how to save the rest I don't use.

I'm buying this in place of the jarred paste and the boxed broths now. It saves me some money, and it tastes just as good. It makes a delicious soup base, and it's easy to use. Just add a spoonful to a cup of water. It dissolves easily. I'm looking forward to finding ways to use it in dishes besides soups.

I used this for the first time tonight to make chicken taco soup. It tasted great, and not too salty. I usually buy the paste stuff in the jar, but it goes bad before I use it all. It's not a product I think to use much. At the holidays, I use the boxed broth. I'm hoping this takes the place of both of those, and saves me some money in the process. It's easy to use. Just mix a spoonful of powder into a cup of water. It dissolves quickly, and you can add it to your dish.
