I couldn't survive some days without the icy hot lidocaine patches. They ease my back pain fairly quickly so I can get on with my day. They stay in place fairly well throughout my day. I do, however, have an allergy to the adhesive used, but am trying to not place in same spot each time to prevent the rash from getting too bad.

This is the only item that relieves the pain from my broken spine. I fell 9 feet onto a concrete floor and broke my spine in two places.
