I'm a personal trainer, and I wanted a barbell that was lighter than a standard olympic barbell that's 7ft long and 45lb. It's great to have a lighter option, and the padding is comfortable on your back. The bar has a wider circumference than a standard barbell, so it's harder to grip if you have smaller hands. Overall the quality and price are great!
