It is a very tasty product with excellent quality. Recommended for daily cooking. Price reasonable.

It lasts a fair while, but do be warned, it will grow fuzz if not kept properly. I used it for home-made pizza sauce, soup additions, and so much more. It's a must have for anyone who likes to use sauces, but also wants to dial-down the flavors, and still have a good meal. Don't be afraid to experiment. I've mixed it with small jars fiore sauces, ginger paste and even salsas to make unique sauces every time. I didn't finish my jar, but i had it for a good month+ before it started going bad at the lid-area. So use caution after a while. I would buy again if in stock.
