Poor taste , overpriced , no customer service

first coffee was shipped loose in a plastic bag no expiration date , coffee very weak and poor taste , like just a splash of almond extract , no toasted flavor like other toasted almond , sent a email no response , and then called . was told oh well nothing we can do about it, it was way overpriced for i received , poor customer service , wouldnt buy from them again
