Quick, thick and healthy option
I have never tried almond butter before i tried this so I can't compare with other almond butter. But my first impression on eating it is that it's super thick like you can't talk with it in your mouth. It's very thick and sticks to your mouth. The packet says to knead it before eating it and it says you can sip it straight out of the pouch. You certainly can but i feel its much too thick and concentrated to eat it as it is. But it's definitely super-healthy, it's got almond butter, chia seeds, hemp seeds and goji. It requires no refrigeration according to the pack so makes it a great candidate for a quick healthy snack on the go. What I think about this product is a little can go a long way and 1 pouch can last a lot if you like adding it to stuff. I don't prefer eating it straight out of the pouch, however i think it would be great if a portion is squeezed on to overnight oats, smoothie or eaten on toast or fruit. They have a mission to nourish a child in need and they say, if we buy a pouch, they nourish a child. I think it's an apt mission because one tiny sip of this and it definitely feels nourishing.
Delicious Almond Butter - Love the Packaging!
Delicious! I absolutely love this almond butter with chia, hemp and goji added. I love natural nut butters, but don't buy them as much as I would like because they are a big hassle. You have to stir them up because the oil separates and you usually have to keep them refrigerated, which makes it harder to stir. These pouches are brilliant. You just knead and squeeze the pack before opening it to mix it up, then squeeze some out. I use this almond butter on everything from toast to smoothies to oatmeal to fruit, or you can just squeeze some right into your mouth. It spreads or mixes easily in whatever you put it in and you can even take the pack with you on the go because it doesn't need to be kept refrigerated after opening. I also like the packs versus a jar because it is more environmentally friendly and easier to store. Yumbutter Superfood Almond Butter is gluten free, vegan, non-GMO and kosher. I am very impressed with this almond butter and can't wait to try the rest of the Yumbutter flavors. You get six resealable pouches which is a great value!

This almond butter is another level up from other almond butter. This pouch provides other macronutrients that provide me with energy and fiber for regularity. It tastes like a dessert to me.
