You will see it start sending up those flower pods a good month before any other daylily in your garden, They bloom in heavy clusters of 2 and 1/2 inch clusters of golden yellow flowers. They will clump out quickly once the roots are established space them farther apart than you would think, so so do not wind up having to move them father apart after the first year's growth (we recommend at least 18 inches apart).
