I love this stuff
I think the plain hot chocolate is one of the best items at Bariatricpal. I have at least one cup a day. It is very filling and really helps with a sweet tooth craving. I mix it with hot water and then microwave it for 45 seconds. It has a great taste, dissolves well with stirring and is most satisfying.

The Best Hot Chocolate Ever?
This is one of my favorite BariatricPal foods. It has the rich, delicious, chocolatey flavor we all love in our hot chocolate...but with 15 grams of protein already in the packet. It's creamy, yummy and a lot tastier than the other powdered hot chocolates on the market that aren't as good for you as this one. A real winner.
