They are stackable so you can use them individually or stack multiple bands to adjust the resistance weight level.
- MULTIFUNCTIONAL – This resistance band set also includes 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, 1 door anchor and a carrying bag. These accessories allow you to perform many different types of exercises for a full body workout with minimal equipment. Train your arms, chest, shoulders, legs, abs, glutes etc.
- DURABLE – These elastic tube bands are made from durable latex that won’t snap or deform while you use them. The tubs are hollow. They look cheap They look like they gonna break in 5 months The handles feel nice To achieve the targeted weight u need like 2 meters One of the bands came bent They are easy to use since u can put then around anything I'm not sure it's recommended though
