I'm blown away at the quality of this dress. The top is soft and the bottom is beautiful iridescent sequins. The Velcro removable cape is a really nice touch for washing. I would say it runs small because my daughter is only in the 10% percentile and barely weighs 30 pounds but the 4/5 fit her perfectly.
