I order two of this and I received perfectly packaged. If you google a bit you will see different "names" but same product everywhere. I choose to buy thru Walmart (third party) because of the price. 2 for $199 when Amazon had just one for $155 (ok Amazon had more than just one but still the price was more convenient). Anyway, I put together the first one and PERFECT, the second one had a few minor cosmetic damages here and there but nothing important BUT it had a problem for me: nne of the drawers had the holes set up in the wrong place. After a few days and since I checked out Walmart didn't have nothing to do with my claim, I was waiting to have time to contact the compy but the contact me first and I could replay them back and to tell them about my issue.. A few hours later (by 3 am or so) they already answer me, and I was in contact with Customer Service the next day until noon, and just I have good words for their custom service. I became (for the better) overwhelmed with the thoughtfulness, efficiency, and speed with which they fix it. I would recommend OJCommerce without a moment's hesitation and they don't pay me for it, but the truth is that dealing with customer service has not been so satisfactory for a long time and I am happier than before to order the furniture thru Walmart.
