Helps with cross contamination
Gluten reactions are individualized. Depending on how much gluten you've ingested this particular product can be quite helpful and minimize reactions. It is great for cross-contamination and infractions that you are unaware of but you cannot eat a gluten containing food knowingly and think that this product will allow you to do that if you have extreme gluten sensitivity or are celiac.
