Good price, beautiful, and sturdy
I wasn't sure what to expect with this bed, but, I have to say that now that it is assembled, I love it! I put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours, and it was not difficult to get together. The hardest part was getting the bed slats to fit in, then forcing them into the frame with your hand. I was glad they were difficult to get in, though, since maybe that means they will stay in well. The bed was labeled as a bronze finish, but there doesn't seem to be any metallic paint in this. It is just dark brown, but it looks good with light colored bedding because of the color contrast and from farther away, it mostly looks black. I think it will hold up well. There were a few scuffs on the headboard from shipping, but nothing super noticeable once in place with bedding on. I have kids that occasionally like to jump on the bed, but I think this will hold up well over time. Great price for a sturdy, nice looking bed.

The bed frame is very nice, but when I got it delivered and opened the box the headboard had two deep dents and the leg of the headboard was also dented, I called to let them know and they said someone would be giving me a call but no one has called back from Walmart, I am disabled so its not easy for me to go and take it the the store.
