Beautiful pan to add to your collection.
This is a beautiful pan with great detail. Fairly heavy and seems very well made. I do think that you need to use oil or butter to get it to release well. Use medium heat and it eats evenly and cooks well. I will continue to cook different foods and look forward to using more and more.
