The benefits are enormous! Due to its strong adaptogenic properties, maca root supplementation is recommended for people who are in a situation of increased stress. Women going through menopause often use maca tubers instead of hormone replacement therapy. Maca is considered an effective remedy for relieving menstrual symptoms. Maca also indirectly improves fertility in women, and much more. The quality of the product ingredients is good, the capsule size is small and easy to swallow!!! The product packaging is good. The product also gives energy. I recommend!!!
