Great for protein digestion

Years ago when I worked at a natural foods grocery, a knowledgeable customer told me that Country Life's bromelain was the best bromelain to take twenty minutes after a meal. No other brands compared. I've used it since that time.

Wonderful product

I have done a tremendous amount of reading on this product. I have been taking 500 mg for a short while and find that my knees seem to be more functional. I would recomend this to anyone that wants to move around a little better.
