Super Disappointed

I knew it wouldnt be super impressive for the price. But it came broken and dented. There was a chunky missing from the lid, nowhere to be found in the box. So it was broken before it was even mailed... Like, seriously?! But other than the fact that I received a banged up cup, I was also did not like the cup. It does not keep cold or hot for long. Just a complete waste of money. My cheap $3 tumbler from Kroger works better at temperature control smh.
