Confusing
If you're a beginner like me this is not good . The directions are so confusing and not really helpful . I'm still working on it though trying to get it together . I thought it would've been easier to stitch but the directions have me lost . I'll keep trying though. It's a very pretty pattern . It comes with everything you need to get it done . I just wish I could complete it . There should be a step by step instruction guide .

Really cool
I absolutely love how adorable this is, and how it can help pass the time but with learning a new craft, the design is beautiful and it comes with everything you need to make it, I wish the directions were a little more clear on how to use the needle with the threads, but overall it's an amazing and fun project.

Great beginner project
This kit has everything you need to learn proper embroidery, including needles, hoop, and a small pair of scissors with a cover for the blade, that makes it so easy and portable. I love the way I can grab them and snip the string with no fuss or trouble. The embroidery floss doesn't have a brand listed, but it seems to be perfectly quality. I have not tested the printed pattern on the fabric to see if it rinses/washes clean, as I am not finished with the project yet. The instructions don't seem to have been originally in English, as there are plenty of spelling and grammatical errors, but it is still perfectly understandable. The instructions include details for how to make each stitch, but a couple of them have a diagram that is hard to follow. I just simply looked up a YouTube video for that particular stitch, and it made sense then. The instructions also specify whether you should use six strands of floss, four, or as little as two. The pattern is clear and easy to see. In some areas, these specified stitch wouldn't fit, so I improvised. And it still looked perfectly great. This is been a lot of fun to work on. And I love that it came in a pretty envelope. It felt like I had received a gift. The instructions also include how to bind the backing so that the entire project, including the hoop, can be hung up somewhere. I think I will probably make a pillow or something out of mine. There is also more than enough floss for this project. A couple of times, like the amateur that I am, I tangled the floss badly enough That I had to cut it and start again. It wasn't a concern, however, because there was plenty of floss left over. I have learned so much from this project, and I have enjoyed it thoroughly.
