These Scotch Black Heavy Duty Hook and Loop Fasteners work great, provided they are installed correctly. The holding strength is excellent and easily supports the rated weight on solid, non-porous surfaces. Smooth, rigid materials perform best, while softer or tear-prone surfaces are a bad idea. The adhesive is strong enough to damage drywall, paint, or anything that can rip, so caution is warranted. Cleaning the surface thoroughly before installation is not optional if you want good results. The only real downside is the price. They are expensive for the quantity included, which stings a bit once you realize how useful they are and how quickly you will want more. Overall, reliable performance and strong hold.
