Horrible seller's customer service.

I received one of the side is all cracked and broken. As of today, I sent the seller 2 emails regarding my issue and request return and it's been a while and I haven't heard anything back yet. I still don't know what to do. I bought this item from the seller even thought it cost $800 more than Home Depot because Home Depot was out and I was in rush.
