I LOVE the price and free shipping on a product I use heavily and will continue to purchase. Unfortunately, while this order was marked delivered on Aug 18, I never saw it. Whether it was delivered to the wrong address or someone took it off my porch is unknown. But I contacted the company, who asked me to wait two more days in case it was marked delivered upon arrival at the postal facility and was still coming. When I did not receive it, I contacted again and they immediately issued a refund! EXCELLENT! Therefore, I shall order again today.
