On a positive side.....it is packaged well. The looks of the tablet itself are superb. The case of the same color(which was blue) is very nice and the tablet fits well. . The keyboard is small, of course. But has a great sturdy feeling to it when typing. Also a headset of the same color came with it. They have a nice sound to them. The actual quality of the looks of this product was exciting. But, on the negative side...first, there is one place to charge the tablet and it's the same place to plug in the keyboard. So every time you use the keyboard after charging you have to plug it in. Which is not a big deal just inconvenient. I had to return the first unit because none of the apps would load. (YouTube, Play Store). And I kept getting the 'system UI' isn't reaponding' error message. The second unit....the apps did open. But I started receiving the same error message. Now every time I try to load an app it either takes so long or freezes the tablet. I'm familiar with this system and I don't understand what's happening with both tablets I received. I gave it 3 stars because when together and set up, it's a good looking set. I only wished it worked great. But its inexpensive so I guess if it worked just a little better I would be happy. We have used it less than 4 hours. But if anyone orders this, you may get a better unit. I never give bad reviews I give honest ones. I guess for the money.......it's okay?! We do get what we pay for. I hope this helps a little when making the decision.

recieved a tablet that does not work. packaging was great and was really excited to set it up so it was ready when little man opened it christmas day but now i have to go get a plane jane tablet in store because i cant have it replaced by xmas..... thankyou so very much......
