Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Creme, 16 Ounce

Disappointed from begging of purchase to the product use. First, deceptive advertising-showing a gallon tub but received 16oz. I did order 16 Oz apparently but thought I was getting one gallon for price as the picture showed a one gallon tub. The product arrived about 6 days later than told. The consistency of product is gummy and rolled up on clients. Felt like dead skin rolling around . I was embarrassed . So had to reordered quickly and used organic cold pressed olive oil until I received a different massage cream/oil. All around a very expensive lesson. I have used Biotone several times but I've never had it gum up like this one did? So it was not a good experience.
