This item was taken straight to our mechanic whom was going to be doing some work on our dually before heading to Texas, he got the first light out and noticed a clip was broken, so he called us and said this item would not work on our 1999 Ford Dually F350 XLT and a clip was broke off and laying in the box, he put the light back in the box and then continued rest of work on our dually. He also stated that when we look for headlights to make sure they are marked with ISO or DOT, not made in China. We contacted the seller Thursday by text and received replies from Nikki, we had Dr appts and testing all day Friday due to an up coming surgery and there was no answer, my husband left a message, so we have to wait until Monday. The lights are in mint condition as they arrived and the broken pieces are laying in the box as recieved. We are requesting a full refund. I tried to download a picture of the pieces found in the box but it would not download as it kept stating time limit exceeded unable to upload. Thank you.
