My husband is on a special diet. We ordered this to prevent cured eating meat. It was delivered as 4 frozen packages of bacon with ice packs in a cooler. Arrived in great condition. We thawed and cooked one package right away. It tasted so good. We could taste the meat instead of the salt and sugar that other bacon so strongly taste of. It cooked well. Did not have to watch as closely as when cooking with cured bacon. I suppose that is because there is no sugar on it. The flavor was delicious. It is a little pricey, but for a treat when watching your diet it was worth it. We will buy again.
