installation issue

My order arrived 2/7/2025. I order the same type of HP copier 8028 Pro. I installed HP printer at least 3 times and never had any issues. All PC's I own have windows 11 and all PC work ok with old printer. I follow all the instruction s. All I get is code 20. What's up ? Whis product have problem with Windows 11? If we can't resolve this problem then I would lik to retutn or exchange HP printer.
