I'm 62 with a full head of gray hair. I never liked my gray untl I tried this shampoo. It made my gray bright almost white; I love it. There is ONE problem I have, sensitive skin using straight out of the bottle burned my scalp. What I do is use 3/4 Shimmer Lights and 1/4 mild shampoo in another bottle and then use Shimmer Lights Conditioner normal, and it works great for me.

I like the Clairol Shimmer Lights shampoo %26 conditioner. My hair is sliver on top %26 dark underneath. I started using it from a recommendation from my hair stylist. Then I noticed the longer I left it in, the darker shade of purple my hair is. The shampoo %26 conditioner differently helps my hair. Along with a side benefit of coloring my hair purple. I love the color purple.
