At 8 months pregnant (210lbs) I got an XL, the stitching around the belly makes it very streachy, it fits good but it doesnât hug it just smothes everything which is good but I now whish I gould of gotten a Large. I love that it has boneing in the back therefore it doesnât roll down, it doesnât show and it doesnât dig into your back, I was skeptical at first when I saw that but it worked out. If you are getting this mid pregnacy get a size smaller than what you think you would need if you want it to slim you in the right places.
