I love this knife!

I had never heard of a peeling knife. I was gifted one. I do not know how I have lived without it. I have been cutting strawberries, bananas, peaches; peeling peaches, apricots, apples with such elegant ease! This will be a wedding shower and wedding gift that I go to over and over again... I feel like I've discovered the perfect gift. In addition, to add Henkels level of quality. Truly, perfect.
