Make work boots for women and men, please

Great product. I had to buy men's because you don't offer a work boot with a composite or steel toe for women. It would be nice to see these in a men's size six to accommodate a smaller foot. Upsizing isn't too bad, but I'm curious to see how much better they would be! It would be even better to see an exact version of this boot but for women I'm women's sizing. Women work and need PPE just the same as men!

Station boots for firefighter/paramedic

I work as a firefighter/paramedic and needed steel toed work boots for station wear. I bought these and they work great. Warm and comfy. As EMS responders, why doesn't our compassion for the sick and injured extend to animals as well? These boots have no leather so they aligned with this set of ethics. More boots need to be made without animal skin.
