Serve it as a creamy drink, toss it in a smoothie, oatmeal or add it to their favorite recipe. Else Nutrition for kids can be used daily or occasionally, as part of a nutrition plan. Not to be used as sole nutrition.3 unpacked scoops (45 g) or powder + 3/4 cup water (shake well) = 8 fl oz of ElseConsult your healthcare professional for use in children under 2 years of age.
Instructions
Prepare 4 fluid oz of lukewarm to warm water (98-105F). Add 4 unpacked scoops (36g) of power to water. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add 4 additional fluid oz of lukewarm to warm water. Shake vigorously for another 15 seconds. Check drink temperature before serving. If needed cool bottle under cold water.

I first found this while searching for a Pediasure alternative for children with a dairy allergy. My picky eater was failure to thrive as a baby and remains underweight. I absolutely love that this product has a clean ingredients list: organic, dairy-free, gluten-free, and no added sugar. It's everything I've ever hoped for since Pediasure has so much sugar and vegetable oils. Doctors don't seem to care about how my child gains weight, but Else Nutrition does. My picky eater doesn't seem to like the full 6 scoop serving size, however, due to its gooey texture. But I've found four full scoops tolerable when blended in a smoothie. I also use in baking which is wonderful.
