Macaron madness!

This made the BEST filliing for my blueberry macarons (when mixed with white ganache, that is). The flavor is natural and intense. I'm stocking up on the full line of Artisan natural flavors for my fillings. All flavors I've tried are equally wonderful.

Blueberry cream ale

Just kegged beer and added your blueberry extract good nose of blueberry when going for taste used about 3 quarter s of bottle so far so good will know more in couple days but flavor profile is good dont want to over power beer has nice subtle after taste of blueberries thanks the wild strawberry extract is going into a brown that is now fermenting

a little goes a long way!

I made a white cake mix, added one tsp. of Blueberry Artisan Flavor to batter. I used a thin layer of blueberry filling between layers, and on top of the cake, with cream cheese frosting only on the sides. (My family isn't into a lot of frosting...too sweet.) So delicious! Even the one person who doesn't like blueberries liked it! And another thought my cake tasted like a fresh blueberry muffin! Can't wait to try the Cherry Artisan Flavor, and the Strawberry Artisan Flavor, and the...LOL!
